SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We try to get orders out in a timely fashion. Most orders take 3-5 business days in production and then an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. Please note that shipping times will vary depending on the carrier. We will do our best to ensure that we are communicating any delays as information becomes available.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information should be automatically e-mailed to you once your order ships.
If you do not receive your tracking information, please e-mail us at info@berrimochistudios.com and we will provide the carrier and tracking number within 24-48 hours.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Instructions for Returns/Exchanges:

Please respond to your order confirmation e-mail with a return or exchange request.

Please make sure to include reason why you are requesting the return or exchange. Please provide images if there is any damage or defects.

Returned items must be in original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Processing of your return request can take 24-72 hours for us to review and respond.

If you have not heard back from us during that time, please reach out to info@berrimochistudios.com and add "URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED" to the subject line.

Once your return or exchange has been reviewed, you will receive an e-mail response with next steps.

All returns requested within 7 days of purchase will qualify for free shipping. All other return requests will be accepted (up to 30 days of purchase), 50% of the shipping cost will be reduced from your refund.
